What you'll do

Provide production support and monitor health for business-critical digital asset platforms and blockchain-connected systems.
Investigate and resolve complex application, infrastructure, and data-related issues in production environments.
Perform root cause analysis to implement permanent fixes for recurring technical problems.
Partner with development teams to improve platform stability, observability, and automation.
Manage software releases and ensure the production readiness of new functionality.
Develop and maintain operational runbooks, monitoring systems, and support documentation.
Communicate with business and technology stakeholders during active incidents.
Execute continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and risk reduction.

What we're looking for

5-8 years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
Experience supporting business-critical, high-availability systems.
Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
Solid Linux and SQL knowledge.
Experience with scripting and automation using Java, Python, or similar technologies.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, ELK, or Prometheus.
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred experience in markets, electronic trading, fintech, payments, or blockchain technology.
