What you'll do

Provide L2 technical support for mission-critical Equities Electronic trading applications.
Monitor application performance and the underlying technical platform to ensure system stability.
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues by analyzing database schemas and process flows.
Provide technical direction and guidance to fellow team members on production support tasks.
Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams to determine priorities and meet requirements.
Perform root cause analysis and provide technical recommendations for major system issues.
Manage incident resolution workflows to ensure all problems are resolved within established SLAs.
Communicate real-time status updates and technical information to global stakeholders and regional teams.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of Equities Support experience.
Application support experience.
Experience providing trade floor support.
Knowledge of FIX protocol.
Proficiency in Python, Perl, and Linux/Unix Shell Scripting.
Proficiency in SQL database management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
