What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).
5 years of recent relevant experience.
Epic proficiency required upon hire.
Expertise in providing training programs for digital workflows across the Sutter Health application suite.
Experience providing support for electronic health record (eHR) onboarding, training, and proficiency maintenance.
Ability to assist with new eHR functionality, go-live support, and system upgrades.
