The Digital Workplace Senior Analyst supports the senior specialists and engineers who manage core endpoint management and collaboration platforms. This role involves providing Tier Two support for endpoint, application, and device issues, while handling workstation provisioning, technology readiness, and asset recovery. Daily responsibilities include assisting with Intune, MECM/SCCM, and Autopilot administration, performing PowerShell scripting for automation, and monitoring device compliance. The position also requires providing Crestron AV support for large Microsoft Teams meetings, managing Teams Rooms hardware, and maintaining inventory for shared equipment like printers. Required skills include experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy. The role solves technical problems related to endpoint performance, security posture, and seamless corporate collaboration within a global power company's digital infrastructure.
Serve as Tier Two support for complex endpoint, application, and device issues escalated from the help desk.
Manage workstation provisioning, technology readiness, and asset recovery for employee onboarding and offboarding.
Assist with Intune, MECM/SCCM, and Autopilot administration for device provisioning and application deployment.
Develop PowerShell scripts to automate repeatable administrative tasks and improve endpoint performance.
Monitor device compliance and security posture to identify and flag potential risks to the security team.
Maintain accurate inventory records for shared equipment including printers and Teams Rooms hardware.
Provide Crestron AV support and hands-on assistance for high-visibility meetings conducted over Microsoft Teams.
Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain knowledge base articles for technical documentation.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and hands-on experience.
2–5 years of experience in IT support, or endpoint/desktop support.
Familiarity with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID, and Group Policy.
Working knowledge of, or hands-on experience with, Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows Autopilot, or PowerShell scripting.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Intune, endpoint deployment, and mobile device management (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) (preferred).
Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron or other AV control systems, or digital signage platforms (preferred).
