Digital Analytics Analyst

What you'll do

• Gather and integrate large volumes of data from multiple sources for big data projects.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and answers to business questions.
• Apply various statistical techniques and tools to interpret results and develop actionable recommendations.
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Measure and monitor the results of implemented recommendations and provide necessary adjustments.
• Ensure all data acquisition and reporting processes comply with company standards.
• Explore AI applications and opportunities within the analytics space.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Working knowledge of software such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Hadoop, and SAS (preferred).
• Experience in advanced analytics, statistics, predictive modeling, and visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills to extract, organize, and interpret trends in complex data sets (preferred).
• Demonstrated project management, interpersonal, and communication skills (preferred).
• B2B experience in financial services or a similar industry (preferred).
• Experience working in an agency environment (preferred).
