Digital Application Analyst III

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary technical lead for assigned applications, overseeing design, development, maintenance, and optimization.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve security vulnerabilities across applications, servers, databases, and infrastructure.
• Manage cybersecurity risk by utilizing BitSight tools to identify exposures and drive remediation actions.
• Perform server administration and performance tuning for both Windows and Linux environments.
• Execute patch management and ensure systems meet enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain enterprise survey solutions using the KeySurvey platform to support clinical and operational goals.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring team members and coordinating cross-functional projects.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
• 3 years of recent relevant experience.
• Expertise in vulnerability remediation, including identifying, prioritizing, and resolving security vulnerabilities across infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity risk management, assessment tools, patch governance, and remediation methodologies.
• Experience with BitSight security ratings and reporting to identify risks and improve security posture (preferred).
• Extensive experience in Windows and Linux server administration, performance tuning, and patch management (preferred).
• Proven team leadership capabilities including mentoring, technical oversight, and project coordination (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with KeySurvey development, administration, and integration (preferred).
