What you'll do

Manage, scale, and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure for containerized workloads on EKS and ECS.
Provision and maintain infrastructure using Terraform to ensure repeatable, standards-based deployments.
Improve CI/CD pipelines for application deployment, rollback support, and automated feature releases.
Administer Akamai CDN configurations and implement Client Side Protection (CSP) for web security.
Manage certificate lifecycle activities including CSR generation, validation, and renewal coordination.
Build dashboards and alerts using Splunk to improve observability and incident detection.
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and the creation of operational runbooks.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to generate code, create unit tests, and automate documentation.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and container platforms, specifically EKS and ECS.
Experience using Terraform or comparable Infrastructure as Code tools for provisioning and managing infrastructure.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and application/runtime behaviors.
Experience with CI/CD tooling and a solid understanding of agile methodologies and application resiliency.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to generate, validate, and refine code and documentation.
Working knowledge of incident management and change management practices (ITSM mindset).
