What you'll do

Manage and scale AWS infrastructure for containerized workloads using EKS and ECS.
Provision and maintain infrastructure using Terraform to ensure repeatable, standards-based deployments.
Improve CI/CD pipelines for application and AI-enabled feature releases, including deployment automation and rollback support.
Administer and optimize Akamai CDN configurations for performance, caching, and edge troubleshooting.
Implement and maintain Akamai Client Side Protection (CSP) and web security controls.
Build and maintain dashboards and alerts using Splunk to improve early detection and incident response.
Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate, refactor, and test code while validating outputs for security.
Create and maintain operational documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, and on-call playbooks.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on experience with AWS and container platforms, specifically EKS and/or ECS.
Experience using Terraform or comparable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for provisioning and managing infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux, networking fundamentals, and application/runtime behaviors.
Scripting and automation experience using languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl, along with CI/CD tooling exposure.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to generate, validate, and refine code and documentation.
Understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and engineering resiliency.
Practical experience in system design, application development, and operational stability (preferred).
Experience with Splunk for search, dashboards, alert tuning, and log onboarding (preferred).
Hands-on experience with Akamai CDN configurations, caching strategy, edge troubleshooting, and CSP implementation (preferred).
Familiarity with operating AI-enabled services or pipelines, including model/service rollouts and monitoring (preferred).
AWS certification(s) of Cloud Practitioner or higher (preferred).
