What you'll do

Design and develop secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms.
Execute technical troubleshooting and build solutions for complex technical problems.
Use enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate code, refactor, and create unit tests.
Produce architecture and design artifacts while ensuring software code meets all design constraints.
Analyze large data sets to develop visualizations and reports for continuous system improvement.
Identify hidden patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation value across the development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on server-side experience in Java, JEE, Spring, Springboot, REST, Kafka, Junit, integration testing, BDD, and testing.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to create, validate, and refine outputs for correctness and security.
Understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations.
Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies, CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Experience building, deploying, and managing applications in 1 cloud environment, preferably AWS (preferred); familiarity with modern front-end technologies (preferred).
