The Developer GTM Strategy Manager joins the Developer GTM Strategy & Incubation team to design systems, processes, and motions that accelerate consumption across the organization. This role involves translating high-level strategic priorities into actionable work streams, milestones, and success measures while managing complex programs such as Cloudflare Connect, SKO, and Build Week initiatives. The individual will act as connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Growth, Community, and technical teams to ensure alignment on messaging and execution. Key responsibilities include narrative building for internal stakeholders, creating operating plans, and incubating new motions until they are ready for durable ownership. Ideal candidates possess expertise in GTM strategy, business operations, or revenue operations, demonstrating strong program management skills, clear communication, and the ability to simplify ambiguity into practical plans within a consumption-led developer platform environment.
Translate high-level strategic priorities into actionable work streams with clear owners, milestones, and success measures.
Manage the planning and execution of major GTM programs including Cloudflare Connect, SKO, and innovation weeks.
Act as a bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, and technical teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on goals and messaging.
Create internal narratives, leader talking points, and field enablement materials to communicate changes to the organization.
Develop operating plans for complex initiatives involving multiple departments to ensure consistent follow-through.
Design and implement new GTM motions and processes until they are ready for durable ownership.
Establish planning rhythms, decision tracking models, and retrospective processes for leadership teams.
What we're looking for
Experience in GTM strategy, business operations, chief of staff, strategic programs, consulting, or a similar cross-functional role (preferred).
Experience driving complex initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, technical teams, and executive stakeholders (preferred).
Strong program management skills including ownership of timelines, work streams, dependencies, risks, readouts, and follow-through (preferred).
Experience planning or leading high-impact GTM programs such as SKOs, customer events, launches, enablement programs, leadership off-sites, or cross-functional planning cycles (preferred).
Ability to simplify ambiguity into a practical plan.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to turn leadership direction into clear narratives and operating plans.
Strong business acumen and comfort using data to define success metrics and make tradeoffs.
Export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
