Developer GTM Strategy Manager, Technical Programs

What you'll do

• Design and scale technical programs by turning ad hoc motions into repeatable playbooks and operating rhythms.
• Project manage high-priority customer initiatives involving technical GTM support, resource allocation, and success tracking.
• Develop planning models for strategic customer onsite visits including agenda design, staffing, and post-event evaluation.
• Improve visibility of active technical engagements by creating dashboards to track outcomes and resourcing needs.
• Partner with Professional Services to package, price, and commercialize technical service offerings.
• Incubate new technical GTM motions and transition them into measurable programs with durable ownership.

What we're looking for

• Must have 6+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business operations, revenue operations, technical program management, solutions strategy, consulting, or a similar role.
• Experience working with technical customer-facing teams like Solutions Architects, Sales Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, or Professional Services is required.
• Must possess strong technical fluency regarding customer architecture, implementation tradeoffs, and developer platform concepts.
• Must demonstrate strong program management skills to manage complex work streams and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Must have excellent cross-functional communication skills to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
• Must possess strong analytical skills using spreadsheets, CRM data, and business dashboards to inform decisions.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Tableau, BigQuery, or BoostUp is preferred.
• Export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
