Deputy Engineering Manager, Systems Integration & Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead and manage teams of SI&T engineers and technicians regarding staffing, workload planning, and performance management.
• Serve as the primary delegate for the Engineering Manager to ensure operational continuity and communication flow.
• Provide leadership for proposal support activities including Basis of Estimate inputs and technical resource planning.
• Apply SI&T engineering standards to the integration and test of complex systems, networks, and products.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and data analysis for requirements verification and validation.
• Recommend and implement improvements to products, processes, policies, and operating plans.
• Partner with leadership to identify risks and resolve technical or execution challenges.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 12 years of related experience.
• Graduate Degree with at least 10 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 16 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Demonstrated experience leading SI&T efforts for complex systems, networks, or mission-focused products (preferred).
• Experience managing large, technically diverse teams in a fast-paced engineering environment (preferred).
• Experience serving as a Control Account Manager with responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance (preferred).
• Work authorization documentation, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
