Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain system-level test strategies, procedures, and plans for Electronic Warfare product lines.
• Perform integration testing on subassemblies and full systems across RF, firmware, and software layers.
• Design and implement automated tests to increase test coverage and overall testing efficiency.
• Triage and troubleshoot system-level failures to rapidly identify and resolve root causes.
• Analyze system telemetry and test data to validate software and hardware fixes.
• Serve as a technical liaison to deploy integrated hardware-software products for customers.
• Travel to support flight tests and system demonstrations in real-world operational environments.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with a focus on hardware, software, and system-level verification and validation testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Highly proficient with RF test equipment including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and vector network analyzers.
• Proficient in Linux environments using command-line interfaces, shell scripts, and debugging utilities.
• Experience using Python or MATLAB for data parsing, telemetry analysis, and test automation.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time to support testing, integration, and demonstrations at remote sites.
• Currently hold and are able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Direct experience with Software-Defined Radios (SDRs), EW systems, and military standards (preferred).
