What you'll do

Perform system-level integration and testing for space hardware, spacecraft subsystems, and full vehicles.
Develop and deploy Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) to support test execution and checkout.
Execute functional, qualification, and production environmental testing across all phases of the system lifecycle.
Analyze test data to identify anomalies and drive root cause investigations with cross-functional teams.
Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation for integration and verification activities.
Support major program reviews including design, requirements, and final selloff milestones.
Coordinate with subcontractors and customers to ensure test readiness and successful execution.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience, a graduate degree with 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
At least 2 years of System Integration and Test (SI&T) experience.
Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
Ability to secure and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access as required.
Experience testing space-qualified, aerospace, or military hardware (preferred).
Experience with requirements management tools like DOORS, test bed design, and EGSE (preferred).
Familiarity with RF equipment, satellite telemetry systems, and scripting languages like Python or Java (preferred).
