What you'll do

Support production testing of high-speed avionics processors, fiber optic switch modules, and chassis.
Apply electronic theory and electrical testing procedures to troubleshoot microprocessor-based digital circuitry.
Lead and train test technicians in executing component-level troubleshooting.
Collect test data and generate reports to determine root cause-corrective actions on failure trends.
Maintain and operate specialized test sets and laboratory equipment.
Interpret engineering drawings and schematics to perform technical work duties.
Work with engineers to optimize test processes and procedures.
Implement operational strategies to meet cost, quality, delivery, and safety objectives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or schematics.
Strong technical, analytical, and critical thinking skills (preferred).
Experience with Linux, LabVIEW, LabWindows CVI, TestStand, and JTAG (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
