What you'll do

Assist clients in selecting, implementing, and providing production support for packaged software solutions like Salesforce.

Develop process maps to analyze and document "As-Is" and "To-Be" business scenarios.

Perform quantitative analysis to derive data-driven recommendations and insights for clients.

What we're looking for

Ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements.
Willingness to travel up to 100%.
Ability to quickly learn enterprise systems and cloud-based applications.
Exceptional quantitative analysis skills to derive recommendations from data.
Experience with ERP or CRM systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce (preferred).
Exposure to AI-driven tools for data analysis or workflow efficiency (preferred).
Familiarity with reporting tools, basic SQL, and core business processes such as HR or finance (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree.
