What you'll do

Assist with cloud migration and system application implementation or upgrades.
Run and support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
Document requirements from product owners and business leads.
Develop process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenarios.
Translate client requirements into analytical specifications for IBM solution implementation.
Project business value and drive adoption of key performance indicators with stakeholders.
Develop tailored communications for specific target audiences.
Analyze data to support conclusions, strategies, and organizational design.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma/GED.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Basic understanding of Hybrid Cloud Strategies, AI, Networks, and DevOps.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with languages such as Java, Python, C++, C#, dot.net, and HTML (preferred).
SQL skills, data structures, ETL, and data analysis skills (preferred).
Previous internship or work experience in a corporate setting (preferred).
