What you'll do

Assist with cloud migration and system application implementation or upgrades.
Conduct workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews to gather information.
Document requirements from product owners and business leads.
Develop process maps to define "As-Is" and "To-Be" scenarios.
Translate client requirements into analytical specifications for IBM solution implementation.
Define operational scenarios including processes, models, use cases, and plans.
Project the business value of solutions and track key performance indicator impacts.
Analyze data to support conclusions regarding strategy and organizational design.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Seeking a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technology fields.
Basic understanding of Hybrid Cloud Strategies, AI, Networks, and DevOps.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, C#, .NET, or HTML (preferred).
SQL skills, data structures knowledge, and ETL experience (preferred).
Experience in a corporate setting, leadership, and data analysis (preferred).
