DataCenter Project Analyst

What you'll do

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain program artifacts including roadmaps, schedules, JIRAs, and executive summaries.
• Manage hardware ordering and procurement for SOC parts and internal test platforms across global locations.
• Plan bring-up labs by managing lab allocation, test hardware, and bench space for technical teams.
• Roll up internal SOC and part demand for all project milestones.
• Define requirements, success metrics, and adoption measures for AI-driven solutions with technical teams.
• Track deliverables across project teams to remove blockers and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Support governance routines such as weekly business reviews and post-implementation reviews.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience, or High School Diploma with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in program/project coordination, business analysis, or operations in a cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to drive action through documentation and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with Datacenter product development lifecycles and cross-functional engineering collaboration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools such as SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices in an enterprise environment.
