Data Center Project Analyst

What you'll do

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain program artifacts including roadmaps, schedules, JIRAs, and executive status reports.
• Manage hardware ordering and tracking across various geographic locations for all chipset milestones.
• Coordinate bring-up lab planning, including test hardware management and bench allocation.
• Consolidate internal SOC and part demand roll-ups for all project milestones.
• Define requirements, success metrics, and adoption measures for AI-driven solutions with technical teams.
• Track deliverables across multiple teams to remove blockers and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Support governance routines such as weekly business reviews and post-implementation process improvements.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree is required, or an Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience, or a High School diploma with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in program/project coordination, business analysis, or operations within a cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and driving action through follow-ups.
• Familiarity with Datacenter product development lifecycles and cross-functional engineering collaboration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools like SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices in an enterprise environment.
