Data Analyst
As a member of the Fraud Intelligence team, you will work at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and product development to address fraud challenges within the financial services sector. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Fraud Response partners to identify gaps in fraud products, track trends in fraud cases, and advise on prioritization for product enhancements. Your daily work involves building protections for customers by working with internal tooling and engineering teams. To succeed, you must possess a statistical background to draw conclusions from complex data, experience using AI tools, and proficiency with data visualization tools. The role requires the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. What we're looking for
Must have at least 5 years of experience as an analyst or in a similar role.
Experience using AI tools in your work is required.

Familiarity with data visualization tools is required.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Must be fluent in written and oral English.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Experience with Python, SQL, or other programming languages (preferred); experience communicating with customers; familiarity with the financial industry, banking, and fraud prevention products (preferred).
