Data Analyst

What you'll do

• Synthesize NC3 data from multiple documents, databases, and classified networks to answer high-stakes queries from senior government customers.
• Deliver data retrieval, statistical analysis, and visualizations to support engineering and architecture decision-making.
• Develop enterprise-level architecture viewpoints using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Authoritative Source of Truth (ASoT) principles.
• Champion data standards and digital modeling within the NC3 Digital Mission Engineering Environment.
• Build data standards, management practices, and storage processes in collaboration with the Enterprise Data Governance Group.
• Create predictive and trend models to provide actionable recommendations for senior leadership on enterprise governance and architecture.
• Capture user requirements and use cases to fuel the development of next-generation architecture artifacts.

What we're looking for

• Top Secret/SCI clearance is mandatory.
• BA or BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or educational equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience conducting full lifecycle analysis including requirements, activities, and design.
• 3+ years of experience developing analysis and reporting capabilities.
• 3+ years of experience monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
• 3+ years of experience using statistical methods to analyze data and generate reports.
• 3+ years of experience creating models to depict trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
• Knowledge of data analysis, visualization, and natural language processing tools including Python (preferred).
• Familiarity with DoDAF and MBSE concepts such as Cameo Modeling System (preferred).
• Knowledge of National Leadership Command Capability or Senior Leader Command, Control, and Communications Systems (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with NC3 stakeholders including the US Air Force, Navy, and Space Force (preferred).
