What you'll do

Identify and consolidate data from multiple sources including social media, surveys, and internal reporting systems.
Build and maintain data pipelines and connectors using Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint to automate data ingestion.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and data gaps over time.
Translate communication goals into measurable indicators, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, and data models to present findings to senior leaders.
Develop recurring visual products such as trend charts, scorecards, and heat maps to communicate performance.
Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes using the Microsoft Power Platform.

What we're looking for

Experience building interactive dashboards, reports, and data models.
Experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data visualization, and predictive modeling.
Experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate.
Experience with Python including Pandas, NumPy, API integration, SQL, ETL, and ELT.
Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and gaps.
Ability to build and maintain data pipelines and connectors to automate recurring data ingestion.
Bachelor's degree.
