What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
4-8 years of experience is preferred.
Expert-level proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions) is required.
Proficiency in Hive and Hadoop-based environments is required.
Expertise in Tableau for dashboards, data modeling, and user experience design is required.
Proficiency in Alteryx for workflows, data blending, and automation is required.
Strong knowledge of call center operations, metrics, forecasting, and telephony platforms like Genesys or Verint is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into actionable business insights are preferred.
