Data Analyst

What you'll do

• Analyze operational data and key metrics to track Quality of Experience and identify system problems.
• Mine and synthesize complex datasets from multiple sources using statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to support reliable and repeatable analysis.
• Create high-quality visualizations, dashboards, and graphics to communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Translate complex technical findings into compelling narratives that motivate stakeholders to take action.
• Investigate performance issues and anomalies to identify root causes and recommend system improvements.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience synthesizing complex data sources into clear, insightful presentations with a focus on storytelling.
• Demonstrated experience building analytic tools and distilling operational data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
• Experience with databases and query languages such as SQL.
• Excellent data visualization skills and ability to create compelling graphics and reports.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms (preferred).
• BS or MS in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, engineering, or related discipline (preferred).
