Data Infrastructure Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end bi-annual quota-setting process for the entire sales organization.
• Maintain and optimize the B2B Display sales data cube to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Build, monitor, and troubleshoot Alteryx ETL workflows to automate data processes.
• Administer the Tableau reporting environment by managing dashboards and data connections.
• Update organizational and product mapping tables to reflect headcount and SKU changes.
• Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights for leadership teams.
• Manage Point-of-Sale (POS) reporting and retail partner data integration.
• Design, document, and implement improvements for internal business and data processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in sales operations, data analytics, or a related role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Alteryx for ETL workflow development, automation, and administration.
• Hands-on experience administering Tableau, including data connections, extracts, and report governance.
• Strong understanding of OLAP/data cube architecture and management.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Experience with sales quota modeling, allocation methodologies, and quota-setting processes at scale.
• Demonstrated experience owning data infrastructure and reporting systems in a B2B sales environment.
• Prior experience managing or coordinating a technical team (preferred).
• Experience with enterprise-scale quota setting processes (plus).
