Infrastructure Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the Infrastructure Section including the Systems Integration Lab, Service Desk, and Cloud Services.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of on-premise and cloud compute and network systems.
• Lead and develop a team of technical leaders and personnel across multiple sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government's Infrastructure Section Chief.
• Manage large-scale project lifecycles including budget tracking, risk mitigation, and schedule management.
• Oversee accreditation and authorization efforts for all infrastructure systems to ensure mission compliance.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure continuous system operations.
• Provide technical guidance and status reporting to senior leadership and government stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 8+ years of experience, or a master's degree with 6+ years.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, including leading other leaders.
• Extensive knowledge of network architecture, server management, virtualization, cloud computing, and data center operations.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM for virtual environment management.
• Firm understanding of cybersecurity principles, including firewalls, VPNs, encryption protocols, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale IT projects from start to finish within financial constraints.
• Active DoD 8140 Advanced-level certification (e.g., CISSP or CISSP-ISSEP).
• U.S. citizenship, active Secret clearance, and/or eligibility to obtain TS/SCI.
