Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) Administrator - Infrastructure Operations is a technical role within the Infrastructure Operations organization responsible for building and running the company's global data center infrastructure management program. You will serve as the operational backbone and workflow gatekeeper, managing Move, Add, and Change processes through Nlyte work orders to ensure high data accuracy across the network. Key responsibilities include overseeing asset lifecycle management, maintaining a materials catalog with precise resource profiles, coordinating with cross-functional partners like Finance and Security, and providing training for global technicians. The role requires expertise in physical inventory control using barcode or RFID systems, knowledge of server hardware, power distribution, and structured cabling. Candidates should possess advanced Excel skills or basic SQL proficiency to manage high-volume queues while ensuring infrastructure remains scalable, secure, and resilient across a geographically dispersed network.
Manage the Nlyte workflow system by issuing, tracking, and closing all physical Move, Add, and Change (MAC) tickets.
Ensure high data accuracy by performing daily entries and reconciling physical inventory against Nlyte records.
Oversee the full asset lifecycle from initial receipt and scanning to deployment and decommissioning.
Maintain the Nlyte Materials Catalog with precise resource profiles for power, cooling, and rack elevations.
Provide training and technical support to global technicians on mobile apps and scanning tools.
Manage third-party vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with performance and service level agreements.
Execute CAPEX investments to ensure infrastructure scales ahead of demand.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for remote hands technicians and internal teams.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
4+ years of hands-on experience in IT Asset Management or DCIM administration.
Experience managing high-volume Move, Add, Change (MAC) workflows and change management systems in multi-site environments.
Proficiency in physical inventory control using barcode or RFID systems.
Deep familiarity with data center infrastructure including server/network hardware, rack density, power distribution, and structured cabling.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) or basic SQL.
Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training remote teams.
Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.
