Data Center and Infrastructure Platform Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the operational performance, reliability, and security of enterprise data center and computing infrastructure.
• Lead and develop a team of professionals responsible for compute, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Execute capacity planning initiatives to ensure infrastructure scalability and business continuity.
• Develop and maintain operational standards, procedures, and governance practices for infrastructure platforms.
• Manage incident response, root cause analysis, preventative maintenance, and problem management processes.
• Oversee vendor performance, facility operations, hardware lifecycle management, and contract administration.
• Drive initiatives focused on operational efficiency, infrastructure stability, and cost optimization.
• Monitor emerging technologies to provide recommendations for future infrastructure modernization opportunities.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise data center operations, infrastructure operations, or related technology functions.
• Proven people leadership experience including coaching, performance management, and team development.
• A 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting global, multi-site data center operations in a large enterprise environment.
• Deep knowledge of data center operations, server infrastructure, storage systems, backup/recovery, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and enterprise infrastructure architecture.
• Experience managing infrastructure reliability, operational risk, incident management, and service availability in regulated environments.
• Relevant infrastructure, data center, cloud, or operational certifications (preferred); experience with hybrid cloud and facility modernization (preferred).
