What you'll do

Install, configure, and test data center hardware and equipment.
Perform server and network upgrades within a production data center environment.
Run and manage fiber optic and copper cabling for infrastructure growth.
Maintain accurate cable documentation and cable management standards.
Execute server configuration and Layer 2 network configuration.
Troubleshoot hardware failures and network connectivity issues.
Manage inventory and track assets within the data center.
Participate in data center expansion builds and maintenance windows.

What we're looking for

4+ years experience supporting Production Data Centers.
Comfortable using a command line interface.
Hands-on experience installing fiber optic cabling.
Basic understanding of power cabling and PDUs.
Familiarity with Linux and other network operating systems.
Familiar with server, storage, and network technologies.
Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
Must be able to work on-site in Santa Clara, CA.
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance workflows (preferred).
Experience supporting a large scale Production Data Center (preferred).
Knowledge with routing systems such as Cisco, Linux, or Arista (preferred).
Industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA+, or Linux (preferred).
Familiarity with a scripting language such as Bash, Python, or GoLang (preferred).
