What you'll do

Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues in data centers.

Maintain technical documentation and procedures for data center operations.

What we're looking for

Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
3-8 years of Data Center infrastructure Operations support and server administration
Expertise in power capacity allocation, incident management, systems administration, and networking
Proven ability to execute process improvements and drive detailed system analysis
Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on adherence to processes
Experience supporting large Enterprise customers in an Operations environment
