Senior Critical Facilities Manager

What you'll do

• Lead a team of site support professionals to ensure consistent service delivery across the data center campus.
• Provide direct leadership, coaching, and performance management for IC3-level site support staff.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling coordination, work order tracking, vendor management, and meeting logistics.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records, logs, and documentation repositories within CMMS and ServiceNow systems.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to ensure operational readiness and alignment of site-support workflows.
• Prepare materials and track deliverables for planning meetings, outage coordination forums, and maintenance reviews.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement across the site-support model as operations scale.
• Provide regular reporting to site leadership regarding workload, service issues, and staffing needs.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Requires 10+ years of experience in the relevant field.
• Requires 5–8+ years of experience in site administration, facilities coordination, or related business support roles.
• Requires 3–5+ years of experience leading coordinators, administrators, or site-support staff.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Facilities, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in mission-critical environments such as data centers, manufacturing, or logistics is preferred.
• Proficiency with CMMS, ServiceNow, and other document management or maintenance workflow tools is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar business systems is preferred.
