What you'll do

Manage the daily operations, performance monitoring, and health of one or more data centers.
Lead on-the-ground teams in incident resolution and manage escalated complex technical issues.
Implement advanced automation and monitoring tools to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) following incidents to update documentation and improve processes.
Serve as the primary liaison for new region builds, expansion projects, and infrastructure upgrades.
Oversee inventory management, logistics, and the physical installation of network infrastructure.
Drive process improvements by identifying trends in capacity, temperature, and power availability.
Manage project timelines and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of data center initiatives.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience in leading performance trend analyses for capacity, temperature, availability, and cleanliness is required.
Ability to manage escalated complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis is required.
Proficiency in using advanced automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools to mitigate risks is required.
Experience managing data center expansion projects, site builds, and infrastructure upgrades is required.
Ability to oversee inventory management, logistics, and physical infrastructure installations is required.
Ability to coordinate moderately complex tasks and manage project timelines for a variety of initiatives is required.
