What you'll do

Manage data center construction projects by colocation providers to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Create, review, and maintain technical documentation including design reviews, commissioning papers, and problem-solving documents.
Implement quality control processes to ensure all construction activities meet specific design plans and industry standards.
Conduct regular site walks and oversee the startup and commissioning phases of major data center projects.
Identify risks to project delivery and implement mitigation strategies or corrective actions.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and colocation providers for clear communication.
Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure performance and compliance.
Oversee the installation of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems.
