What you'll do

Manage the cybersecurity program for all assigned information systems and execute related tasks.
Lead regular system audits and continuous monitoring activities to improve security posture.
Assess networks to identify deviations from acceptable configurations or established policies.
Analyze and recommend additional security requirements and safeguards based on validated needs.
Drive the implementation of government policies and provide recommendations for process tailoring.
Oversee program control processes to mitigate risk and support Assessment and Authorization (A&A).
Lead formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) activities including preparation, testing, and reporting.
Prepare and submit A&A documentation such as System Security Plans and Risk Acceptance Reports.

What we're looking for

Must have a Master's degree with 6 years experience, Bachelor's with 8 years, Associate's with 10 years, or High School/GED with 12 years.
Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for a Senior Principal Cybersecurity Analyst.
Must have a current U.S. Government Top Secret Security clearance with a closed investigation within the last 6 years or be in the CE program.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field (preferred).
Security+ CE certification (preferred).
Experience in cybersecurity compliance, such as Assessment & Authorization under RMF, and knowledge of tools like ACAS, Nessus, Splunk, Trellix, and SCAP (preferred).
