JOB TITLE: Sr / Principal Cybersecurity Analyst - 19364 - Roy Utah
The Sr. Principal/Principal Classified Cybersecurity Analyst joins the Classified Solutions team to support information systems lifecycle activities. This role involves designing, integrating, and maintaining Cross-Domain Solutions to enable secure, policy-compliant data transfer between classified and unclassified networks. Key responsibilities include managing cybersecurity programs, conducting risk assessments, performing system audits, and leading formal Security Test and Evaluation. The analyst will configure hardware and software, identify configuration deviations, and prepare critical documentation like System Security Plans and Plans of Action and Milestones. Required skills include meeting 8140 requirements, holding a Top Secret clearance, and possessing knowledge of tools such as ACAS, Nessus, Splunk, Trellix, and SCAP. The work involves ensuring continuous compliance with US Government security directives and frameworks like NIST, JSIG, and DAAG.
Design, integrate, and maintain Cross-Domain Solutions for secure data transfer between classified and unclassified networks.
Manage the cybersecurity program and execute all related tasks for assigned information systems.
Conduct regular system audits and continuous monitoring to enhance the security posture of information systems.
Perform network assessments to identify deviations from acceptable configurations, enclave policies, or local policies.
Lead formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) processes, including pre-test preparation and result analysis.
Prepare and submit Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation such as System Security Plans and POA&Ms.
Establish and oversee program control processes to mitigate risk and support security certification testing.
Analyze security requirements to recommend additional safeguards and drive the implementation of government policies.
What we're looking for
Must have a Master's degree with 6 years of experience, a Bachelor's with 8 years, an Associate's with 10 years, or a High School diploma with 12 years.
Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for Cybersecurity (722), such as Security+ CE, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP.
Must possess a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with a closed investigation date within the last 6 years or be enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must be able to work on-site full-time at the Roy, Utah location.
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field (preferred).
Experience in cybersecurity compliance, RMF, Cross Domain Solutions, and tools like ACAS, Nessus, Splunk, Trellix, and SCAP (preferred).
