The Cyber Enterprise Security Architect – Presales joins the team to serve as a trusted advisor, translating client business priorities into actionable security transformation roadmaps. This role involves driving proactive pipeline growth, leading RFP responses, and architecting outcome-driven cybersecurity solutions across consulting, system integration, and managed security services. You will assess security maturity, co-create target-state architectures, and evaluate commercial constructs like pricing models and risk transfer. Key technical requirements include deep expertise in cloud security, zero trust, data security, identity, endpoint, SIEM, and AI-driven security platforms. You must navigate complex regulatory standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST, SAS70, SOC1, and FISMA. The work focuses on solving complex cybersecurity problems by aligning technical requirements with business needs to deliver scalable, secure-by-design digital transformation strategies.
Drive proactive pipeline growth by identifying and mining cybersecurity opportunities within existing client accounts.
Architect outcome-driven cybersecurity solutions that align with client risk, regulatory, and digital transformation objectives.
Lead RFP/RFI responses, client workshops, and the development of technical proposals for consulting and managed services.
Evaluate commercial constructs including pricing models, risk transfer, and margin implications for security solutions.
Assess client security maturity to co-create target-state architectures and phased implementation strategies.
Integrate OEM, hyperscaler, and niche partner technologies into presales strategies to enhance solution differentiation.
Translate complex business needs into technical requirements and high-quality architectural designs.
Provide CISO-level advisory and thought leadership to influence large, complex cybersecurity deals.
What we're looking for
17+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity-led infrastructure, application, and digital engineering offerings, delivery models, and secure-by-design solutioning.
Broad cybersecurity technology depth across legacy, cloud, zero trust, data security, identity, endpoint, SIEM, and AI-driven security platforms.
Deep insight into global IT and cybersecurity outsourcing trends, including industry-specific risk, regulatory, and build-vs-buy considerations.
Ability to assess security solution components for commercial impact, risk transfer, pricing models, and delivery scalability.
Full lifecycle project experience as a Security Consultant covering consultancy, architecture definition, and solution implementation.
Hands-on experience delivering data centre and cloud security solutions including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, NAC, DLP, SIEM, endpoint security, IAM, and application security.
Strong familiarity with compliance and security standards including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST, SAS70, SOC1, and FISMA.
Preferred certifications including product certifications such as CCIE, CCSE and domain certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, and CRISC (preferred).
Experience advising customers on architectures aligned with industry and regulatory standards (preferred).
