Customer Operations and Identity & Access Management Business Systems & Data Analyst

What you'll do

• Analyze support data to identify patterns and opportunities for improving end-user experiences.
• Coordinate Federated Access onboarding connections for external customers following NIST cybersecurity standards.
• Perform complex troubleshooting to resolve intricate technical issues and access problems.
• Create and maintain product documentation to assist internal staff and external customers.
• Communicate new features, updates, and training materials to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product teams and vendors to resolve critical defects and recurring customer problems.
• Participate in the design, development, and testing of new or enhanced products and services.
• Provide 24/7 availability for escalated urgent issues as required by business needs.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience with Identity & Access Management solutions and provisioning services.
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• 3+ years of experience with Cloud Services technologies including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• 3+ years of experience as an administrator and user of MS SharePoint, Confluence, and Azure Dev Ops Team Foundation Server.
• 3+ years of experience with MS Power Apps.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience using Salesforce or ServiceNow (preferred).
• Security Clearance.
