What you'll do

  • Monitor and maintain enterprise identity systems to ensure high availability and security.
  • Troubleshoot SSO and federation issues involving SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect protocols.
  • Manage MFA and password-less authentication capabilities for secure user access.
  • Execute user lifecycle management processes and integrate with Active Directory or LDAP environments.
  • Apply patches and configuration updates to maintain identity platform integrity.
  • Develop scripts and use RESTful APIs to automate operational tasks and system maintenance.
  • Resolve complex federation connectivity issues, including token exchanges and assertion mismatches.

What we're looking for

  • Experience administering and maintaining identity platforms like PingFederate, Okta, or Entra ID in enterprise environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting authentication and federation protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
  • Experience using scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or Groovy for automation and maintenance.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs to support identity platform integrations and user lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting integrations and synchronization with Active Directory (AD) or LDAP environments.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
  • Top Secret clearance is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology.
