Systems Architect, Identity & Access Management

What you'll do

• Design and build enterprise-level identity and access management solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Align technical solutions with corporate identity and security strategies through collaboration with leadership.
• Analyze business requirements to ensure infrastructure effectively addresses specific organizational goals.
• Govern single sign-on, federation, and identity lifecycle across hybrid environments.
• Design entitlement and access package frameworks that enforce least-privilege principles.
• Evaluate emerging identity technologies and AI-driven tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of information architecture to support ongoing solution development.
• Engage with stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of new technological solutions.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience, an advanced degree with 2-3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Preferred major fields of study include Computer Science, Technology, or related fields.
• Experience with enterprise database systems like Teradata, Oracle, or SQL Server is preferred.
• Proficiency in data modeling for relational and dimensional structures is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to write and understand complex SQL logic across multiple sources is preferred.
• Must possess knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including Federation Protocols (SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM) and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with multi-cloud identity, SailPoint, non-human identities, and automation tools like PowerShell or Python is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel.
