What you'll do

  • Monitor and maintain enterprise identity management (IAM) and federation platforms like PingFederate, Okta, or Entra ID.
  • Troubleshoot complex SSO issues involving SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect protocols.
  • Manage and maintain multi-factor authentication (MFA) and passwordless authentication capabilities.
  • Execute user lifecycle management processes using SCIM protocols and RESTful APIs.
  • Perform system maintenance including patching, configuration updates, and documentation of IAM services.
  • Develop scripts in Python, PowerShell, or Java to automate operational tasks and service improvements.
  • Manage integrations and synchronization between identity platforms and Active Directory or LDAP environments.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a Top Secret clearance.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience administering and maintaining identity platforms such as PingFederate, Okta, or Entra ID in enterprise environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting authentication and federation protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
  • Experience using scripting languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or Groovy for automation and maintenance.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs to support identity platform integrations and user lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting integrations and synchronization with Active Directory or LDAP environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology.
