Required technical skills include administering platforms like PingFederate, Okta, or Entra ID, and troubleshooting protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect. You must use scripting languages like Python, Java, or PowerShell, work with RESTful APIs, and support Active Directory or LDAP integrations. A Top Secret clearance is required.

What you'll do

Monitor identity systems and troubleshoot SSO and federation issues.
Maintain MFA and password-less authentication capabilities.
Support user lifecycle management processes and identity platform integrations.
Apply patches and configuration updates to IAM services.
Execute operational automation and service improvement initiatives using scripting languages.
Manage synchronization with Active Directory and LDAP environments.
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and standards.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or GED.
Top Secret clearance.
Experience administering identity platforms like PingFederate, Okta, or Entra ID in enterprise environments.
Experience troubleshooting authentication and federation protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
Experience using scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or Groovy for IAM automation and maintenance.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and supporting integrations with Active Directory or LDAP environments.
Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures and operational support of MFA and password-less authentication solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology (preferred).
