Customer Experience Program Manager - CTJ - TS/SCI joins the Customer Advocacy and Engineering team within the Microsoft Specialized Cloud organization. What you'll do

Manage complex projects with executive visibility and critical dependencies across cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align project timelines and adapt plans based on changing goals.
Communicate project progress, blockers, and successes to both internal teams and external customers.
Manage engineering projects through Azure Dev Ops for prioritization, risk management, and quality control.
Identify technical challenges and provide recommended solutions or workarounds to help customers deploy successfully.
Analyze customer usage data to refine and iterate on program processes, tools, and strategies.
Act as the Voice of Customer to translate demand signals into platform priorities for engineering teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
Active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
Verification of U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
Experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (preferred).
10+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects (preferred).
10+ years of experience leading and managing customer facing projects (preferred).
Dependable verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholder groups (preferred).
Ability to solve multifaceted problems in a fast-paced environment with high context switching (preferred).
