Senior Lease Delivery Program Manager joins the Cloud Operations + Innovation team to manage the Datacenter Portfolio Management area. This role focuses on transforming how data centers are delivered by integrating delivery, project controls, procurement, contracts, and engineering across the portfolio. The manager will oversee AMERS lease delivery through commercial compliance, strategic execution governance, change control, and cross-functional decision acceleration. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing escalation paths, interpreting contract obligations, tracking risk, and coordinating with design engineering, construction, networking, and project management teams to ensure schedule predictability. Required skills include technical program management, data analysis using tools like PowerBI and PowerApps, and experience in large-scale construction or network infrastructure projects. The role solves the complex problem of aligning commercial strategy with physical execution to mitigate risks and manage contract-driven outcomes within a high-scale cloud infrastructure environment.
Manage lease delivery operations for AMERS by establishing priority forums, action tracking, and executive escalation paths.
Ensure commercial compliance by interpreting contract obligations, milestone commitments, and performance expectations with legal and procurement teams.
Own commercial escalation mechanisms to track decisions, actions, and resolutions with lease providers and internal stakeholders.
Align commercial strategy, procurement readiness, and project controls into a unified execution plan for data center delivery.
Manage change control governance for design, technology, scope, and procurement changes through formal impact assessments and approvals.
Translate complex risk and schedule signals into clear priorities and decision-ready recommendations for leadership.
Coordinate cross-functional alignment across engineering, construction, finance, and legal teams to clarify ownership and resolution paths.
Drive portfolio-level risk management by ensuring high-impact issues are visible, mitigated, and tracked through closure.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
At least 2 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Must be able to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or Data Analytics/Science and 8+ years of experience in planning and project management (preferred).
6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects (preferred).
Subject matter expertise in engineering, procurement, construction, mechanical, electrical, networking, and building automation systems (preferred).
Experience with large data sets and analytics tools like PowerBI or PowerApps (preferred).
