Customer Engagement Management Platform Product Line Owner

What you'll do

• Own the product delivery strategy, multi-year roadmap, and investment priorities for the global CEMP platform.
• Lead the end-to-end migration from Veeva Salesforce to Veeva Vault within Project Orion.
• Translate enterprise go-to-market strategies into scalable execution plans including rollout sequences and success KPIs.
• Evolve the platform toward a headless architecture using secure, reusable APIs and event-driven services.
• Ensure the platform provides governed, context-rich data for AI, ML models, and intelligent automation.
• Manage the migration of customer engagement data from legacy systems while ensuring data integrity and lineage.
• Embed regulatory, privacy, and cybersecurity controls into the platform architecture and design.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, data, and integration to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8+ years of digital, technology, or enterprise platform experience, including significant product management or ownership leadership required.
• 3+ years of people leadership and development experience required.
• Ownership of enterprise-scale CRM, customer engagement, or commercial technology platforms required.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities required.
• Strong understanding of modern CRM architectures, data models, workflows, and integration patterns required.
• Experience with Veeva, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise platforms (preferred).
• Understanding of headless architectures, API-first platforms, microservices, and event-driven integration (preferred).
