Senior Product Manager

What you'll do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmap for core PromoMats capabilities.
• Engage directly with life sciences customers to translate user insights into prioritized product requirements.
• Define and track metrics to measure customer value, feature adoption, and reduction in review cycles.
• Write clear specifications and partner with Engineering and UX to ship scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Deliver automated capabilities for claims linking, reference substantiation, and AI-assisted content checks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure connected product experiences and consistent go-to-market positioning.
• Enable Sales, Services, and Support teams with necessary demos, documentation, and product positioning.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on focus on AI/ML applications, specifically LLMs and Generative AI.
• Strong coding skills in Python and experience with AI Frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and APIs.
• Deep understanding of data flow design, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning for highly regulated content.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders in Marketing, Legal, Medical, and Regulatory departments.
• Experience in Marketing or Marketing Operations, or building products for marketing teams.
• Familiarity with marketing methodologies, including creative briefs, agency workflows, brand guidelines, and omnichannel planning.
• Direct experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats or Vault Medical (preferred).
