What you'll do

  • Lead strategy and execution to scale developer and protocol adoption across the Arc Network ecosystem.
  • Design growth loops and incentives to increase usage of Circle’s platform products like CCTP, Wallets, and Gateway.
  • Develop product mechanisms and APIs to ensure seamless cross-chain interoperability and network effects.
  • Build scalable growth systems by using data analytics to convert developer sign-ups into active users.
  • Define the developer experience and ecosystem narrative through documentation, sandboxes, and reference applications.
  • Coordinate growth initiatives across multiple product verticals to ensure a cohesive user experience and increased liquidity.
  • Translate customer needs into business cases, feature requirements, and prioritized product roadmaps.
  • Manage cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality product releases.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related technical or analytical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in product or product marketing management, preferably focused on growth initiatives.
  • Proven track record of shipping complex infrastructure products in fintech, crypto, cloud, or developer platform environments.
  • Deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem including L1/L2 chains, stablecoins, bridges, wallets, and custody solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into business cases, feature themes, product requirements, and roadmaps.
  • Experience collaborating with legal and regulatory compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, developer relations, and marketing.
