What you'll do

  • Define and execute the product strategy for subscription-based services across multiple regions and markets.
  • Translate high-level business objectives into detailed, testable requirements and JIRA artifacts like epics and user stories.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through agile development processes including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Facilitate technical and business workshops to align stakeholders on solution design and operational feasibility.
  • Manage the product roadmap by balancing feature parity, stakeholder needs, and system readiness.
  • Partner with architects to define functional decomposition, data flows, and complex integration requirements.
  • Ensure all solutions meet operational standards for monitoring, auditability, and support readiness.
  • Support engineering teams through UAT preparation, defect triage, and release validation.

What we're looking for

  • A four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of work experience in product management, digital/software development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software product management, solution management, business analysis, or requirements engineering for enterprise-scale products.
  • Proficiency with JIRA and Agile methodologies including sprint planning and iterative delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and managing complex stakeholder relationships to resolve conflicts and align on solutions.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements, including functional decomposition and non-functional requirements.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
