Critical Facilities Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and optimization of critical data center infrastructure systems.
• Provide technical leadership for electrical distribution, mechanical cooling, fire suppression, and building automation.
• Lead engineering teams in conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate with IT teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for equipment and services.
• Analyze performance metrics to implement improvements for data center efficiency.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Participate in capacity planning and budgeting processes for data center operations.

What we're looking for

• Must have 5+ years of experience in data center operations and management.
• Must possess in-depth knowledge of power distribution, cooling systems, and network architecture.
• Must have a strong understanding of energy efficiency practices and sustainability initiatives.
• Must possess proven leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of Work Order Management Systems (Corrigo knowledge preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CDCP, DCPRO, or CDCS (preferred); Six Sigma or ITIL certification (preferred).
