What you'll do

Oversee daily data center facility operations and maintenance activities to ensure infrastructure reliability.
Supervise and mentor technical staff, including engineers, technicians, and external contractors.
Monitor and analyze critical systems performance for power, cooling, and network infrastructure.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for all site equipment.
Manage capacity planning and infrastructure upgrade projects to optimize facility performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for service-impacting events in electrical distribution systems.
Troubleshoot incidents and create root cause analysis reports for technical failures.
Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical electrical distribution system issues.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations and management.
Strong knowledge of power distribution, cooling systems, and network architecture.
Familiarity with industry standards such as ASHRAE, TIA, and Uptime Institute.
Proficiency in facility management software, building automation systems, and CMMS.
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
