As the Data Center Senior Critical Facilities Manager (M3), you will lead a team of site support professionals in a 24/7 mission-critical environment to ensure consistent service delivery across the campus. You will partner with facilities operations leadership, logistics, and compliance teams to improve execution quality, maintain process discipline, and scale the site-support model against increasing operational complexity. Your daily work involves managing administrative controls, coordinating maintenance workflows, and ensuring audit-ready records for critical infrastructure. The role requires expertise in electrical distribution, mechanical/HVAC systems, generators, UPS systems, and cooling technologies. You will utilize tools such as CMMS, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office to manage incident response, outage management, and root cause analysis. This position solves the challenge of maintaining high-availability operations within a complex data center infrastructure through rigorous documentation and proactive team leadership.

Ensure the site-support model scales effectively with increasing operational complexity.
Oversee 24/7 mission-critical infrastructure including electrical distribution, HVAC, and power systems.
Manage risk, incident response, and root cause analysis for critical facility failures.
Maintain audit-ready records and administrative controls in a high-accountability environment.
Improve workflows and enforce execution standards across the growing support function.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and safety.
What we're looking for
7–10+ years of experience in critical facilities management, data center operations, mission-critical infrastructure, or power generation environments.
3–5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
Knowledge of electrical distribution, mechanical/HVAC systems, generators, UPS systems, and cooling technologies.
Experience with risk management, incident response, outage management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Experience working in 24/7 high-availability environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Facilities, Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience supporting facilities, industrial, logistics, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, or other mission-critical environments (preferred).
Proficiency with CMMS, ServiceNow, document control systems, and advanced Microsoft Office (preferred).
