What you'll do

Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on mechanical and engineering systems.
Conduct daily site inspections of technical equipment to ensure safe environmental conditions.

Monitor HVAC systems and resolve related client issues via the BMS.
Collect meter readings from UPS, PDUs, and other utility systems during building walkthroughs.
Manage work orders through CMMS systems while following established procedures.
Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain comprehensive maintenance records and perform routine quality checks.

What we're looking for

Must have HVAC or Electrical experience.
Training in a technical discipline with 1-2 years of job-related experience is required.
A trade license is preferred but not required.
Ability to complete work orders through CMMS systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Basic math skills to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
