What you'll do

Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on mechanical and engineering systems.
Monitor Building Management System (BMS) alarms and respond to HVAC-related issues.
Conduct daily site inspections of technical equipment to ensure safe environmental conditions.
Execute emergency repairs and resolve facility faults or defects as they arise.
Complete work orders and maintain detailed maintenance records within the CMMS system.
Perform building walkthroughs to collect meter readings from UPS, PDUs, and utilities.
Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

What we're looking for

Must have HVAC or Electrical experience.
Trade license is preferred but not required.
Must have 1-2 years of job-related experience in a technical discipline following an apprenticeship or equivalent training.
Ability to complete work orders through CMMS systems.
Ability to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays.
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Basic math skills to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
