As a Critical Environment Program Manager within the Cloud Operations & Innovation team, you will manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in a datacenter. You will oversee planned preventative and corrective work using CMMS, monitor performance for electrical plants and machinery, and ensure fire, life safety, and infrastructure systems operate at peak efficiency. Your role involves managing small-to-medium projects, identifying single points of failure, driving cost and energy efficiency initiatives, and coordinating compliance audits. The position requires expertise in critical environment infrastructures like UPS, generators, and AHUs, as well as experience with Electrical Power Monitoring Systems, Branch Circuit Monitoring, and Building Automation Systems. You will support the foundational infrastructure for cloud services by ensuring operational standards are met while mentoring others to maintain a culture of safety and security.

What you'll do

Oversee daily operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in the datacenter.
Manage planned preventative and corrective work orders using CMMS tools while monitoring equipment performance.
Ensure all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems operate at peak efficiency.
Act as an escalation point for facilities issues and provide technical guidance to technicians during emergencies.
Manage small-to-medium projects from initial conception through completion.
Produce routine reports on infrastructure KPIs, operational policies, and maintenance standards.
Identify single points of failure and drive cost/energy efficiency initiatives.
Coordinate and supervise audits and compliance verifications for critical infrastructure.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years experience delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments.
OR 3+ years of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud, CJIS, and other government security screening requirements.
Must provide a valid passport for citizenship verification due to legal restrictions.
3+ years experience in Critical Environment infrastructures or physical IT infrastructures (preferred).
Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, PMP, ITIL, or CDCP (preferred).
Experience with building cooling, electrical/mechanical systems, and monitoring systems like EPMS, BCM, or BAS (preferred).
